As an Operator at this indoor composting facility in Milsbeek, you will play an essential role in the global food supply chain. This is not your typical factory environment, but a high-quality production process where technology and nature come together.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process Monitoring: You carefully mix, fill and inoculate raw materials, ensuring the production process runs smoothly and accurately.

  • Quality Control: You take samples and perform measurements. Your attention to detail helps ensure consistently high-quality compost used in food production around the world.

  • Technical Work & Maintenance: You carry out preventive maintenance and help keep the production environment clean, safe and hygienic.

  • Heavy Machinery: Do you already have experience operating a wheel loader, or would you like to learn? You will have the opportunity to work with heavy machinery.

What We Ask

  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch language.

  • You are flexible, solution-oriented and comfortable taking responsibility for your work.

  • Previous experience in a production environment is an advantage, but the right attitude and motivation are most important.

  • Important: You have your own means of transportation. Due to the shift times, the location in Milsbeek cannot be reached by public transport.

  • A starting salary of €3.900 gross per month, including shift allowance.

  • A fixed 8-week shift schedule, including morning, afternoon and night shifts.
