At our production location in Oudkarspel, where we are known for our delicious croquettes, bitterballen, and spring rolls, we are looking for an Allround Operator for 2 shifts. You will work all-round on all 4 production lines. You are responsible for setting up, operating, adjusting, and changing over the machines. You monitor the production process, check for quality, and intervene in case of deviations or malfunctions.

Your tasks

  • Setting up, operating, adjusting, and changing over packaging and production machines
  • Checking the supply of correct raw materials and packaging materials
  • Signaling and resolving minor operational malfunctions
  • Performing test runs, quality checks, and measurements
  • Recording production data (quality, quantities, technical) in our Patch system
  • Instructing, directing, and supporting production employees
  • Working according to HACCP, hygiene, and quality standards for an optimal end product
  • Keeping the workplace orderly, clean, and tidy

Working hours in 2-shift system

  • Early shift: 05:00 – 14:00
  • Late shift: 14:00 – 23:00

What we ask from you

  • Experience as an (allround) operator, preferably in the food industry
  • Technical insight, hands-on mentality, and problem-solving ability
  • Working accurately, attention to quality, and thinking in solutions
  • Good command of the Dutch language (English is an asset)
  • Willingness to work in 2 shifts
  • Team player who can collaborate well and instruct colleagues

What we offer

  • Gross monthly salary between €3,150 and €3,600 (depending on experience)
  • 12.5% shift allowance for 2-shift work
  • 8% holiday pay and 3% end-of-year bonus
